  • The decision about whether to publish is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Events must be run by, or on behalf of, an organisation or legal entity, not an individual.
  • Events being promoted must be of a not-for-profit purpose - ie not being run for commercial gain and must be genuinely open to members of the public.
  • If any costs are associated with event attendance, this must be noted in the contact details field (eg Entry fee applies).
  • If you wish to promote a regular event, please email including the same details.
  • Events must be submitted between one month and six months before the event for maximum impact. Please allow a week for events to be listed.
  • Unless otherwise advised, events will be removed once the event date has passed. If there is limited availability, please include this the contact details field (eg Places Limited).

  • The person making the submission must be authorised by the event organisers to make the submission.
  • The person making the submission must indemnify WPSQ and its staff and agents from any claims made in relation to the posting of the information submitted.
