The Gold Coast and Hinterland Branch protects wildlife and their habitats through campaigns such as Save Our Spit, hinterland protection (including protecting Springbrook); workshops such as wildlife carer workshops; submissions; and public awareness/education activities, such as our annual display on World Environment Day at GECKO Currumbin, the 2005 Biodiversity Conference at Griffith University's Gold Coast Campus, and the Education and Awareness Day at our new headquarters in 2006.

We always welcome new members and members to be on the committee.
